Celebrating Lawrence's 23rd Birthday

So when I was done blogging last night a crew decided to go to the local karaoke night to celebrate Lawrence's birthday so I decide to head out with them. First, I need to go out with these guys More often as went in the door, we ALL got carded/ID'd...seriously can't remember the last time that happened.
Nick scooped us a booked and started selecting songs for each of us. We couldn't be any worst than the current performances. You do know what Karaoke means in Japanese....I'm drunk and I think I can sing!
Our first performance was as the group for the classic Grease number "Summer Nights"
A brilliant performance. Then Betsy was up for American Pie. Katelyn had put in a surprise for Nick- I'll Never Break Your Heart by the Back Street Boys" Which I decided was a great birthday dance so grabbed Lawrence and headed for the dance floor.
The DJ announced Lawrence's birthday which scored him a new T-shirt.
They let us give SeaToSea some mike time and then passed a bucket for donations. I got called up next for the "Lion Sleeps Tonight" to which Julia and I switched the words to Amazing Grace- It works...just try it.
Our finale was Nick belting out "Sweet Caroline" with two ladies as back up. That guy is total "cougar bait.
